Brother Michael Levine was born on the 27th April in Culver City, California. He graduated from Venice High School in 1966, and pledged our Brotherhood in the Spring of 1967. He was a business major while a member of our Los Angeles Pierce College Beta Chapter.
Only a few more things are known about him. His wife is Pam and he lived for awhile on May Street in Los Angeles. The Fraternity conducted an extensive search for him in 2006.

When Roy LoBianco wrote the Fraternity's song, he used to the melody from an old time song, Heart of My Heart. One line in the that original song went, "... we were rough and ready guys, but oh how we could harmonize!" I don't know the occasion for this picture of the Alpha Chapter Brothers, but this is the way they really were.

PHIL CAPKA
Brother Phi Capka was born on the 17th of May 1943. He attended Notre Dame High School and later graduated from Van Nuys High School. He was initiated into our Brotherhood at Los Angeles Pierce College Beta Chapter in the Spring of 1962. Phil was the historian of his Pledge Class.

ROWLAND LO BIANCO

Brother Rowland Lo Bianco was born on the 4th of November in Brooklyn, New York. He is the oldest son of Bertha and Roland Lo Bianco Sr. Roland graduated from Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California. He served the Brotherhood as President of the Mother Chapter in 1957 and is the originator of the Phi Delta Psi song.
After he completed his studies at Los Angeles Valley College, Rowland transferred to the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1962. At the University, Roy was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. For a while after graduation Rowland sold real estate, but then decided to teach school He earned a California Teaching Credential and taught for several years in an inner city school.
During his college years, Roy developed a love of swap meets and the discovery of unexpected treasures in flea markets. He gradually acquired a good collection of Native American artifacts. He turned his hobby into a business opening the highly successful Many Horses Art Gallery on La Cienega in West Hollywood. As an gallery owner and collector, Roy frequently visited American Indian Reservations and art studios throughout the Southwest. He became one of the most important art dealers in America. Roy retired to Palm Springs where he is a buyer of Mexican wrought iron works for designer garden and home stores in the area. He travels regularly to Mexico on buying trips, and has a second home in Rosarita Beach in Baja California.

He worked in the banking, education, and the oil industry and insurance fields before joining IBM. After 21 years, 4 months, 6 days, a wake up and a breakfast he retired from IBM in March, 2003.
Dick and his wife Connie have been married for 32years. Their daughter Melissa lives in Denver with her husband Vin and Dick and Connie's granddaughter, Faith. Melissa is pregnant with grandchild #2, due in August of 2004. The Mlacks reside in Carrollton, Texas.
In 2004, Dick currently worked part time for his nephew's law firm.
