Br. TIM HALL

Brother Tim Hall was born on the 26th of July. He graduated from Taft High School in Woodland Hills, California. Tim Hall was initiated into the Phi Delta Psi Fraternity in the Fall of 1963. He served the Brotherhood as President (1965) and Vice President of Beta Chapter. He was the President of both his Freshman and Sophomore Classes at Pierce College. Tim was also the yell king for the College.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Northridge and did post graduate work at the University of Southern California and California State University Channel Islands. He served the American Republic in two tours of duty in Viet Name (1969-1970). During that time Tim was awarded a Bronze Star, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Republic of Viet Nam Campaign Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.
Brother Tim Hall and his wife Elena have a daughter Jeremie Maia (Gigie) who is 12 years old in 2004. Tim has two step-daughters; Tamara Ireta (21) who attends the University of California David and Melissa Ireta (20) who is a pre-med student in Houston, Texas.
Elena Hall and her daughters were born in Mexico City. Elena is a Spanish teacher and administrator for Villanova High School in Ojai, California. Her father is from Latvia and her mother, Mexico.
Tim lived for many years in Mexico. He works as a farm consultant in Arid-Land Agriculture. He works in sustainable agriculture, agro-forestry and raises subtropical fruit trees. Tim also works at a school in Meiners Oaks, California. In his free time, he enjoys reading, hiking and fatherhood.

Br. JOE SUTTER

Brother Joe Sutter graduated from South Mountain High School in Phoenix, Arizona. He was initiated into the Phi Delta Psi Fraternity in the Spring of 1960. He served in the United States Army Reserves for six months and in a Reserve unit for three and a half years.
After finishing his studies at Pierce College, Joe earned a Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. He and his former wife Irene share three children; Joseph, Tracy and Dana.
In 2004, Joe is retired from his career as an x-ray technician manager. His wife Pat will retire next year from her position in public affairs for the Motion Picture Hospital. Joe still likes to party, goes to car shows (he belongs to a '57 Chevy car club) and travel. He runs his son's lemon ranch in Southern California.

ART AROCHA'S MEMORIAL EVENT

Fraternity Brothers greeted each other as they left the old mission church downtown Los Angeles.

Brother Jerry Berns rented this huge limo to bring Brother Arturo's family and fraternity brothers from the San Fernando Valley to the Mission Plaza Church
