Don Swanson - Phi Delta Psi Archives - The Museum of the San Fernando Valley - 2008Donald Swanson was initiated into the Phi Delta Psi Fraternity in the Fall of 1960. He was a member of our Alpha Chapter at Los Angeles Valley College. After finishing his studies at Valley, je transferred to the College of Idaho (now Albertsons College). In Idaho, Don was able to continue what was to be his lifelong interest in outdoor sports.
Don and his wife Cheryl have three sons. Ryan, Scott, and Todd. All three sons were active in the sport of water polo.
In 2008 Don is winding down a career as a marketing consultant. He and his family continue their love of winter sports, and enjoy spending their free time at their ranch in Tahachipi, California. Don keeps fit by working out at the Jonathan Club where he takes "spinning" classes.
Donald Swanson graduated from North Hollywood High School, where he was an active member of a "car club" called the Jesters.
