In those days one could get three photos for either 50¢ or a dollar. Stephen Charles Vigneron was the 301st initiate of the Phi Delta Psi. He pledged our Fraternity's Delta Chapter, at Los Angeles City College in the Spring of 1962. Steve is a graduate of Arkansas City High School. He was born on the 19th of June in Topeka, Kansas.
He may be living in the Seattle area.
