Frank W. Nemecek
Brother Frank W. Nemecek was initiated into the
Phi Delta Psi Fraternity in the Spring of 1966. He graduated from San Fernando
Valley State College (now CSUN) in 1971. Three years later Frank graduated from
Southwestern University School of law. He has practiced law since that time.
In 1978, Frank Nemecek opened his own firm in
Sherman Oaks, California. His company specializes in malpractice law and in
2013 has over 20 lawyers. From the onset of his career, Frank has been a trial
lawyer, and continues to the present to try 1 to 3 jury trails a year. His firm
handles business litigation and defends professionals, primarily lawyers,
charged with malpractice.
In 1971, Frank married Joan, an Omega
from Pierce College.They have two children,
David, 35 and Jennifer, 31, both are lawyers. Their son David
is a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with a national law firm in Los Angeles.
Their daughter Jennifer worked for her father’s firm for four years and
recently moved to Chicago where she is in the public relations business.
When
their daughter started secondary school, Joan began work selling residential
real estate in the Southeast San Fernando Valley. In 2013, Joan is a realtor
with Coldwell Banker in Studio City.
