Photo in the Archive of The Museum of the San Fernando Valley - 2008
Br. Hernando Pardo was initiated into the Phi Delta Psi Fraternity in the Fall of 1964. He is a member of the Alpha Chapter of our Brotherhood.
Hernando Pardo was born in Bogota, Columbia. He attended Crespi Carmelite High School in the San Fernando Valley. He served the Brotherhood as Vice President of the Alpha Chapter. After completing his studies at Valley College, Hernando transferred to California State University Fresno where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Later he attended California State University Northridge where he earned his California State Teaching Credential. In June of 1979, Brother Pardo remarried and moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where he and his wife Laurie live in and enjoy the Rockies.
Hernando Pardo is the owner of Hoback Sports, a one stop specialty bike, ski and snowboard shop. The store supplies outdoor athletes with the gear that takes them where they want to in the Wyoming wilderness. Hernando, not surprisingly, enjoys skiing and bicycling as well as traveling.
Hernando has a son Brian, who is married and living in Denver, Colorado. Brian and his wife Lynn have two daughters who are 9 and 6 in 2004.
This photograph was taken at Paul Queyrel's 2008 Super Bowl party.
