Beta Chapter - Phi Delta Psi Fraternity Archives - the Museum of the San Fernando Valley - 2008The little local Fraternity, Phi Delta Psi at L.A. Pierce College was determined that the big national organizations would have nothing on them. Under President Bob Marko the Chapter created a Mothers Association that lasted several years.
