Among the slides found by Jerry Fecht last month is this picture of Donald B, Taggart, founder of the Phi Delta Psi. Don is seated between parents attending a Mother Chapter event. The man and woman may be the parents of Brad Hight who appears facing them to the right. c. 1959 or '60
